I thought that the electro which produces hyperbloom, also the character whose on field always like nahida(dps/field)l I want her on field always, so does she also need EM build or only the electro (offield) only? Because I see some nahida build there crit, I thought the on field character for hyperbloom also need EM

In short : You'd always want ypur hourglass to either be = Atk, Er or Em (atk for basicly ur main field, em for ur sub dps usually, Er depends on the build, ex : raiden shogun, etc) For Goblet its always = Atk, Phy dmg or Em (Em if you are relying on element obv, phy for basic attack and atk for a mix of the 2) For head piece its = Crit chance/dmg, depending on your ratio (you'd always want to have ATLEAST half of your total crit dmg/ double crit dmg of ur crit chance) so just get wichever you're lacking Substat doesn't need to be on a specific piece, just go with whatever give you the most benefit (anything other than hp/deffend most of the time)
